Our promise

If something isn't right, we want to make it right. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Return conditions

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any tags attached. Some items — such as final-sale, personalised or perishable goods — cannot be returned; this is noted on the product page.

How to start a return

Email hello@oso.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll send you instructions. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Faulty or wrong items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, contact hello@oso.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll cover the cost of putting it right, including return shipping.
